Being the citizen of a developing nation – Vietnam – I have a wish to make a difference to my country. I applied to study for a Masters degree in Public Policy at the Lee Kuan School of Public Polic (LKY SPP), National University of Singapore (NUS). Thanks to the Standard Chartered-LKY SPP Scholarship, my dream to unleash my mind and transform my life – to borrow the NUS Centennial theme – has been realised. The scholarship is of strategic importance to my career path.
